I'm a storyteller, on stage, in writing, and through music. My journey began as a young harpist playing weddings and solo performances, where I first learned how music could reach people and bring them joy. Studying neuroscience later taught me why, how music moves through the brain and shifts the nervous system itself.

Then a health crisis in my mid-twenties showed me the rest. While healing from Lyme disease, I began writing and speaking about what I was going through, and discovered my words could reach people the same way my music always had. Since then, I've come to believe stories are a kind of medicine. They help us uncover our own beliefs, connect us to others, and change minds.
